The cigarette smoke smell was pretty intense. It permeated the hallway and my room, even though it was supposedly a non-smoking floor. I suppose fresh air is too much to ask. Plus, the TV didn't work, and despite my report, no one bothered to fix it. Guess I should have just stared at the stained carpet the whole time.

The room was not clean. I found stains on the carpet. there was no shampoo or body wash provided, only hand wash. a nightclub played loud music until 8 am making sleep impossible. Calls to the front desk went unanswered.

The location was decent. It was near the train station.

Honestly, the room wasn't great. the tv was ancient, maybe 24 inches, and it barely worked. I swear my phone is bigger. also, the fridge was useless. It didn't cool at all, just had a light on like it was trying to be a nightlight.
